Welcome to Zinepex Business Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zinepex website, software, systems, and custom engineering services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Zinepex provides high-end digital design, custom web and mobile application engineering, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and AI automation tools (such as WhatsApp bots and custom AI agents). All service agreements, timelines, and deliverables are subject to individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed between Zinepex and the Client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a signed service contract, all intellectual property, source code, designs, graphics, and custom software created by Zinepex prior to full project payment remains the exclusive property of Zinepex. Upon full payment of the agreed-upon project fees, ownership and IP rights of the customized assets transfer fully to the Client.

3. User Responsibilities

When interacting with our website, submitting estimates, or using our deployed web panels, you agree that you will not:

  • Use our systems for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
  • Attempt to breach the security of our website, servers, or user administration panels.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or spam through our contact forms or email gateways.
  • Misrepresent your identity or company credentials when applying for job openings or estimating project costs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zinepex Business Solutions, its directors, developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or system downtime resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our public website or software platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and public services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 100% uptime and modern security standards across all systems, Zinepex makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding system availability, completeness, or absolute error-free operation.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

7. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
